I donated months ago, and I'm still level 1, how do I get upgraded to level 2?

I still haven't heard anything from anyone, you guys still have my $35 from 09/10/17, and I am still only level 01 on the website.

Can you please either give me a refund, or make me level 02, or something?

I made a donation and now I feel ripped off since I never got my clearance upgraded to lvl 2, and no one is responding to me via email or facebook.
